Shipping Information: We only charge the actual shipping rate and we do not add a handling fee, service fee, warehouse fee or any other fee we can think of.  We can Ship your Order by any of the following methods itemized below for:  Domestic USA; Canada; International; Military

1. Domestic USA Mainland Destinations Alaska; Hawaii; Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands:
   
   1. UPS:  With Our UPS Account Number or Your UPS Account Number: Red NDA, Blue 2 Day, Orange 3 Day or Ground
      • If you use UPS, Ensure that you give us your email address and we will use Quantum View Notify. You will receive an email from UPS with your UPS Tracking number and the Expected Date of Delivery.
   
   
   2. Fedex: With Our Fedex Account Number or Your Fedex Account Number (your account number will be cheaper)
   
   
   3. DHL: With Our DHL Account Number or Your DHL Account Number (your account number will be cheaper)
   
   
   4. EMS (Express Mail Service (EMS) through the Post Office) 2-3 Days: This is not recommended for large packages. We can email you a tracking number and you can follow on the US Post Office Website to tracking of your ship
   
   
   5. Priority Mail with the Post Office  suggested in place of EMS for the least expensive option for small packages and residential deliveries.
   
   
   6. Air Parcel Post:  (not recommended)



2. Canada: We can do NAFTA Certificate and Invoice for North American manufactured Products
   
   1. EMS (Express Mail Service through the Post Office) 2-3 Days: We can email you a tracking number and you can follow on the US Post Office Website to tracking of your ship
   
   
   2. Priority MailRecommended as least expensive and most reliable form for Canada
   
   
   3. Air Parcel Post (not recommended)
   
   
   4. UPS: Standard; or Express with your account number or ours
   
   
   5. Fedex: With Our Fedex Account Number or Your Fedex Account Number (yours is cheaper)


3. International:
   
   1. EMS (Express Mail Service through the Post Office); If the mail service in your country is acceptable this is a good option. The US Mail Service only has control over the US Portion of the transport. We can email you a tracking number and you can follow on the US Post Office Website to tracking of your shipment
   
   
   2. UPS:  Usually has International Priority, Saver, Expedited (Expedited is the least expensive) We can use your number or ours.
   
   
   3. Fedex: Our Account Number or Your Account Number (the least expensive option is your account number) no charge for drop off at the airport
   
   
   4. DHL: Our Account Number or Your Account Number (the least expensive option is your account number) no charge for drop off at the airport
   
   
   5. International Freight Forwarders:
   
   
   6. Your Freight Forwarder: (preferred)
      If you use a specific forwarder and you wish to use that forwarder, please advise us and we will comply.
   7. With International Freight Forwarding we will perform the following for you:
      1. We will perform all of the necessary international documentation procedures.
      2. International Invoice: with your VAT or tax ID number for efficient clearing of customs; Any special declarations you want on the Invoice; and Harmonized Code per item
      3. Prepare a SLI (Shippers Letter of Instructions)
      4. Supply a Harmonized Schedule B Number
      5. We can ship freight collect or prepaid
      6. Obtain the import brokers address in the country of destination
      7. Discuss with the Forwarder the least expensive Inland Freight Option
      8. With Most Forwarders we are able to send you a International Bill of Lading Number and a Website where you can track the route of your shipment


4. Military: We can ship to an APO via the US Post Office.
